MotoGP ready for the off!
All of us here at the Red Bull Ring are ready for the MotoGP, but what about you? If you fall into the ‘spontaneous’ category and prefer to turn up for the MotoGP QATAR AIRWAYS GRAND PRIX OF AUSTRIA 2026 on the day, then please note that the ticket offices are open today from 12:00 noon. On Thursday, at two locations around the venue: at the entrance to the MotoGP Fan Zone at the western end of the race track and at the main box office in front of the entrance to the Red Bull Ring. Please note that tickets sales on the day are subject to availability.
The online presale ends on Friday, 18. September, 12:00 noon.

Relaxed journey to the Red Bull Ring
Today, you are more or less guaranteed a stress-free journey by road to the Red Bull Ring. Whether you’re coming on two wheels or four, your designated parking area on Thursday is P4. This is also where you will find the biker cloakroom, where you can leave your motorbike clothing as well as larger bags which are not permitted in the grandstands. (A fee is payable*)
From Friday onwards, you should ideally travel by public transport or bike. Checking in at the campsite is possible all day on Thursday. Signs will guide you on the S36 Murtal motorway to optimise your journey.

MopedGP as prelude to the MotoGP
If you’re one of the ones to have secured a starting place, you will already be well informed about the WHEN, the HOW and the WHERE.
Anyone who is at the Red Bull Ring today and would like to watch the MopedGP as a spectator can do so from the open grandstands. As the name suggests, the third “MopedGP von Österreich” will not be featuring any 1000cc bikes, but it will be contested by some high-calibre riders. The hundreds of amateur moped riders will be joined by the likes of Brad Binder, Pedro Acosta, Álex Márquez and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu all tackling the corners with limited horsepower.
Top event of the day: Public Pit Lane Walk
If you have a full weekend ticket, you qualify for access to the Public Pit Lane Walk. It’s included in the price of your ticket, but please note that it is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Admission is from 12:00 at Sectors K-A of the main (i.e. home straight) grandstand. Please listen out for announcements over the speakers.

MotoGP Fan Zone open to the public
The official starting signal in MotoGP Fan Zone, to which all ticket holders have access free of charge, will be given at 12:00 noon today – directly behind the Niki Lauda Turn (Turn 1). For the first time, the Fan Zone will feature three different experience areas. On Thursday, Just Julian, DJ Stefano and DJ Feybl will provide the warm-up entertainment in the Rock Area, the VibeSphere and the Steirer Stadl.
As a boost, you can grab some culinary delights at one of the numerous food stands. All food stands also offer vegetarian dishes.
The beverage cups distributed at the Red Bull Ring are part of a comprehensive deposit and reusable cup system. Please note that only cashless payment is possible at many points on the Red Bull Ring site. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as the Red Bull Ring Cashless Card. It's getting motor sporty
The weather is always perfect for motorsport when MotoGP comes to the Murtal region. Fans can look forward to pleasant temperatures on Thursday, so the message is simple: come along and enjoy the day. The interactive map in the Red Bull Ring app highlights the key locations around the venue, including numerous water dispensers where you can drink water for free.
