Just like a real race at the Red Bull Ring, the application process is all about PREPARATION!

To help you secure a good position on the starting grid, we have compiled a list of tips:

To make sure your application documents score high marks, you will need to send us a letter which is strongly indicative of motivation, a CV and references. We are interested in your education and previous work experience, but we also want to know what you hope to achieve from life and what you are passionate about.

2. Selection process

We do not receive all applications at once. It can therefore take one to two weeks before you receive confirmation / feedback from us. If, for organisational reasons, it takes a little longer for us to get back to you, we will inform you in good time and ask for your patience.

3. Personal interview

If we would like to get to know you better in a personal interview, we will arrange a date and time with you by telephone. The interview can also take place online via video conferencing if that better suits your personal circumstances and schedule. The first interview is always conducted jointly by our HR manager and the manager from the relevant department.

In the interview, we want to get to know the person behind the CV. Bundle your personal experiences and your professional career so far into a story. You should seek to convey the extent to which the Red Bull Ring will benefit from your personality, your motivation and your experience. Think about our company and the job in advance. Good communication skills are just as important as looking the part!

The recruitment process is not a one-way street.

During the interview, feel free to ask us about the things that you expect from us as an employer, from your job and from your team. It is important to us that you enjoy your job, so your expectations are just as important as ours.

4. Next steps

The duration of the selection process varies depending on the area of work and the responsibility of the position applied for. You may be asked to complete a probation period with us or to show us what you’re worth in an assessment centre. After your interview, we will get back to you and discuss the next steps together.
