Historic supercars from the world of international motorsport and from the movies will be lined up on the grid at the Red Bull Ring, freshly polished and ready to amaze fans. Eight racing series, show runs, a car exhibition, an open paddock, pit lane walks, side attractions and ‘Legends Talks’ with motorsport idols will keep you entertained over the two days of the Classics weekend. For motorsport fans who have left the decision until the last minute, the ticket office is open today between the hours of 08:00 a.m. and 04:30 p.m.
Stupendous racing cars will be going flat out in eight historic racing series, including the BOSS GP, Formula Vee, the Interwetten SportsCar Challenge, the Historic Formula Challenge and the CLASS ONE Revival.
Fan Zone & open paddock
The Fan Zone in the open paddock opens at 08:00 – the perfect time to grab a bite to eat before the racing action starts and get in the mood for the race weekend. Today’s programme in the Fan Zone includes Legends Talks, car presentations and podium ceremonies. You’ll find the Kids Area on the forecourt of the Red Bull Ring Driving Center.
Pit Lane Walk & Vehicle Exhibition
The tarmac is still warm, and the pit lane is already open to the public. Starting at 11.50 a.m., the first Pit Lane Walk of the race weekend gives you the chance to take a sneak peek inside the team garages. You might even encounter a driver or two, but you’re sure to marvel at the impressive racing cars seen at close quarters.
This is one exhibition that is sure to make your eyes light up! Legendary cars from the Fast & Furious movies, phenomenal racing cars from the early days of Formula 1 and other motoring legends are within touching distance. Some of them will also be taken out onto the GP circuit for show runs.
Legends Talks
Various idols from the world of motorsport will be in attendance at the Red Bull Ring Classics 2026. Christian Klien and Mathias Lauda won’t just be sitting behind the wheel in the Interwetten SportsCar Challenge; you’ll also be able to meet them in the Fan Zone. Dirk Adorf and Bernd Schneider, as well as Arturo Merzario (the F1 driver who pulled Niki Lauda from his burning wreck at the Nürburgring in 1976) will also be dropping in on the Fan Zone.

What else is going on?
Book a Service Road Tour and explore the back routes around the circuit, which are usually reserved for select users such as motorsport photographers. There are also Paddock Tours offering insights into much of what goes on behind the scenes. The ‘Crazy Marshals’ will captivate you with their choreographed flag waving, and the Red Bull Rotorwings will thrill you with breathtaking aerial displays in the skies above Spielberg.
