For the second year in succession, the MotoGP race weekend at the Red Bull Ring gets underway with the ‘MopedGP von Österreich‘. On Thursday 14th August, ticket holders have the opportunity to ride their own 50cc moped around the Grand Prix circuit. If you are an aficionado of this most typically Austrian form of transportation and wish to participate, you will need to register in advance. But hurry – there are only a few places left!

Red Bull Legends Parade makes its MotoGP debut

Austrian motorcycle luminary Gustl Auinger will personally lead the way as numerous motorcycling legends transform the Red Bull Ring into a seething cauldron of two-wheeler history, riding their racing machines from yesteryear. Among the illustrious names currently confirmed as prepared to swing themselves onto their trusty steeds from back then are Giacomo Agostini, Luca Cadalora, Loris Capirossi, Simon Crafar, Andrea Dovizioso, Tom Lüthi, Toni Mang, Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner. (The list of riders is constantly being updated.) When the bikes are not in use, they will be on display in the MotoGP Bike City.
