One of the hottest MotoGP title contenders for 2025, Alex Márquez, along with Brad Binder, Pedro Acosta and Miguel Oliveira visited the Red Bull Ring on Monday to preview the race in August and build excitement for the “Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich,” which will take place from August 15 to 17. Three things are clear: the world championship stars are looking forward to seeing lots of fans, tickets are still available, and the side event fireworks will once again provide you with a top-class race weekend! A new addition to the Central European highlight in the MotoGP calendar at Spielberg in 2025 is the Red Bull Legends Parade with many two-wheeled idols from the past.
Directly from Sachsenring four MotoGP riders visited the Styrian Murtal on Monday. The stars were full of fresh impressions and shared what they associate with the Austrian Grand Prix, what they particularly remember about it, and why they enjoy visiting the Red Bull Ring. To keep their hand in until the next race, Brad Binder, Pedro Acosta and Miguel Oliveira competed in a short but intense MiniGP race at the Red Bull Ring Driving Center, which was waved off by Álex Márquez.
The the first Red Bull Legends Parade will take place at the MotoGP race weekend. In August Austria’s motorcycle legend Gustl Auinger will personally lead numerous two-wheeled legends who, with their racing machines from several decades, will transform Spielberg into a seething cauldron of motorcycle history for the fans in August. Among others, the following riders will steer the historic bikes: Giacomo Agostini, Gustl Auinger, Luca Cadalora, Loris Capirossi, Simon Crafar, Andrea Dovizioso, Thomas Lüthi, Toni Mang, Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner.
On Monday, a dream came true for three MotoGP fans as they climbed onto the pillion seat of a real race bike. They were the lucky winners of the year’s biggest giveaway at the Red Bull Ring. Together with MotoGP test rider Jonas Folger, they experienced unbelievable G-forces, mind-blowing lean angles, and the most unforgettable race taxi ride of their lives on the Red Bull KTM RC16 Two-Seater – just like Johannes Wibmer and Mathias Walkner.
Still not on the ticket page? The decision for the highlight in Central Europe should not be difficult: The Red Bull Ring is the top address for racing combined with entertainment. From August 15 to 17, the stars of the World Championship will once again demonstrate their ability to control their racing machines with athletic expertise, pushing the limits at speeds exceeding 300 km/h. A side event program with concerts, stunt shows, air displays and show runs awaits you. The MotoGP Bike City provides four days of entertainment with a festival atmosphere and live acts. Finally, you have the opportunity to meet all the motorcycle stars and take home autographs and selfies as keepsakes.
