The Red Bull Ring has been awarded FIA Three-Star Environmental Accreditation under the FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme. This accreditation is based on a structured assessment process within the framework of the FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme and requires evidence of an effective environmental management system, as well as a commitment to the continuous improvement of environmental performance. The programme guidelines are aligned with recognised standards such as ISO 14001. Compliance with the programme requirements is verified through independent third-party audits.
