If you’re not normally an early riser at the weekend, you need to make an exception today. Set your alarm clock and head out to the Red Bull Ring. The earlier you arrive, the better your chance of getting a front-row spot at the Styrian Green Carpet (start time 08:00 am) and taking a selfie with your favourite driver.
Warm up with live acts in the F1 Fan Zone and showmanship on and above the race track
The day kicks off in the early morning with live bands in the F1 Fan Zone and Steiermark Village, as well as racing in the two junior series, F3 (08:30 am) and F2 (10:00 am). Around midday, it’s time to focus your attention on the race track when the Red Bull Legends Parade (12:30 pm) and the Drivers Parade (13:00 pm) set the scene for Formula 1 race Sunday. Spectacular air displays by the Flying Bulls (01:50 pm) will draw tens of thousands of amazed eyes to the sky.
The performance of the national anthem (02:44 pm) is sure to be one of the goosebump moments of the whole weekend. This year is going to be different: talented youngsters in well-known ensembles from the Austrian cultural scene will combine dance and song on the start-finish straight. Eight dancers from the youth company of the Ballet academy of the Vienna State Opera and 50 singers from the Vienna Boys Choir and the Vienna Girls Choir will perform a rousing version of ‘Land der Berge’ (Land of Mountains).

The trophy winners on the podium at the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES AUSTRIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 (race starts at 03:00 pm CEST) will get a full blast of fan power when the floodgates of the grandstands open for the track celebration, giving spectators the unique opportunity to watch the podium ceremony from the start-finish straight. Please listen out for an announcement over the public address system about which grandstands will be open. DJ Felix Wurz will be providing an appropriate musical backing to the occasion.
