Accessibility
Do you have a wheelchair? You can find all information about tickets for wheelchair users under “Wheelchair / Special Needs”. We strive to make as many areas as possible barrier-free, for example the Fan Zone, barrier-free toilets or places on the start-finish grandstand.
For blind or visually impaired visitors and hearing-impaired or deaf visitors, we offer accessible solutions to ensure they don’t miss a thing. Please refer to the sections “P.A. Announcer” and “Transcripts for the hearing-impaired“.
Accommodation

Advertising/Sales
The distribution of banners, brochures, business cards, circulars, advertising material, flyers, folders, leaflets, prospectuses, notices, posters, stickers or other written, printed and/or hand-painted materials is prohibited on the Red Bull Ring premises (including car parks) without the express written permission of the organiser. This also applies to any exchange of money on the premises, including fundraising for charities, teams or clubs, as well as the sale of products, food and beverages. Any member of the public collecting donations on the premises of the Red Bull Ring will be asked to leave.
Alcohol
Entry with alcoholic beverages is prohibited. A list of all permissible and non-permissible items can be found in our Admission Criteria.
Animals
It is not permitted to bring (domestic) animals to the event.

Arrival & Parking
There are several ways to get to the race track during Red Bull Ring Classics. You can find an overview of your options on the website or via the Red Bull Ring App under the tab “Red Bull Ring Classics”.
Parking is free of charge at the Red Bull Ring. More information about parking during Red Bull Ring Classics.
Arrival by bicycle
There are parking spaces for your bicycles available. Please note that no liability is assumed for this.
Arrival by motorcycle
Under “Arrival & Parking at the Red Bull Ring Classics” you’ll find all the important information for traveling on two wheels. Please follow the signage and the instructions of the event staff on site.
Arrival by train
How about using a more sustainable mode of travel, namely the train? Find your rail connection. Please note that there are no shuttle services from the nearby railway stations and that you have to organise your journey from the respective point of arrival to the Red Bull Ring on your own.
Backpacks, bags, suitcases at the the event site
Bulky sports bags, large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the grandstands. Bulky items are defined as any items larger than 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 inches) that cannot be stored under the seat. A list of all permitted and non-permitted items can be found in our admission criteria.
Beverages
You can take plastic bottles and drink cans (in reasonable quantities for personal consumption) with you to the event site. All kind of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. You can find a list of all permitted and prohibited items in the admission criteria.
Camping
Campsites are located within walking distance to the Red Bull Ring.
Children
Motorsport events are loud. We urge you to wear ear protection during the event and recommend that you do not bring along children under the age of six.
– Ages 0–14 (15th birthday not yet celebrated): Child ticket required and must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket
PLEASE NOTE: Strollers and similar means of transport are not permitted on the premises.

Code of conduct
The Red Bull Ring reserves the right to revoke tickets from individuals whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, particularly in cases of violations of the venue regulations, admission criteria, other policies of the event or applicable law. Please note that the ticket holder is responsible for their conduct.

Driving Experiences
On the race weekend, driving and riding experiences can be booked.
E-charging stations
During the Red Bull Ring Classics race weekend, there are no electric charging stations for cars available at the Red Bull Ring. Please find out about the nearest charging option for a trouble-free arrival and departure.
Emergency
In case of emergency, please dial the emergency number 133 immediately or notify the nearest member of staff, security personnel or emergency services on site.
Entrances

Fan Zone
In the Fan Zone, you can take a break with great food and refreshing drinks while enjoying the DJ’s music. Families can also look forward to a colorful entertainment programme.

First Aid
If you require urgent assistance, please notify the nearest member of staff, the security team, emergency services on site or the police. Visitors are requested to report any problems or concerns to the nearest member of staff or call the emergency number 133. Should an emergency situation arise, important information will be provided via the public address system and on the video and display boards at the Red Bull Ring.
Gastronomy
There are numerous kiosks selling food and drinks across the entire Red Bull Ring site. You can find a detailed overview on our interactive site map in the Red Bull Ring App.

Motorsport events (general)
Motorsport events are noisy. We recommend to wear hearing protection during the event. It is recommended that children under the age of six are not brought to the event.

P.A. Announcer
The P.A. announcer will keep you informed about all racing series. Tune in on 92.3 MHz, or download the Red Bull Ring App and have the P.A. announcer directly on your phone. This way, you’ll stay up to date with all the on-track action.
Paddock
Paddock access is included in the ticket price.
Parking
The parking lots will open one hour before the site opens. They are free of charge and situated in walking distance. Please note the traffic control system and the staff members on site to navigate when entering.
Payment options
Many sales outlets in and around the Red Bull Ring circuit accept only cashless payment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as the Red Bull Ring Cashless Card.
Consumptions and Receipts
For environmental reasons, printed receipts are intentionally not issued at the food and beverage stands. You can view your purchases at any time in the online portal (provided you paid with a credit card, debit card or cashless card) and download receipts that comply with Austrian fiscal regulations (RKSV).
Simply register the card you used in the online portal and then you can:

– Track your payment(s)
– Download RKSV-compliant receipts (invoices)

Photography & video recording
Permitted: Cameras, film and video cameras with batteries for private use and NOT for commercial use (e.g. NO video cameras suitable for television). A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our admission criteria.

Pit Lane Walk
Your event ticket gives you access to the pit lane walk. The “first come, first serve” principle applies. You can find the schedule in the Red Bull Ring App under the tab “Red Bull Ring Classics” under “Programme” or on the website.
Programme
Besides the racing action, visitors can enjoy a diverse entertainment programme for the whole family, featuring a vehicle exhibition, Service Road Tours, Pit Lane Walks, children’s activities, and much more.

Pyrotechnics
Pyrotechnic articles of all kinds are prohibited. In general, the bringing in of fireworks, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, sticks, poles, garden and other large umbrellas, glass bottles, stones, stabbing, cutting and slashing objects as well as weapons of all kinds are prohibited.

Racing series
Eight legendary racing series will be taking part in the Red Bull Ring Classics.
Reusable cup system & deposit
For environmental reasons, we have a reusable cup system throughout the Red Bull Ring. As we operate a closed catering system, no deposit is charged for cans or PET bottles. Guests therefore do not receive a refund for these items. These items must remain on the premises and be disposed of in the designated yellow bins.
Safety & Security
In order to ensure maximum security, all guests at the Red Bull Ring will be subject to a courteous check by event staff upon entry, which may occasionally include a body search by a team member of the same gender. All bags and vehicles will also be inspected at the entrance. Persons who refuse a body search and/or inspection of their bags or vehicles will be denied entry. By presenting a ticket or accreditation at the Red Bull Ring, visitors agree to these security checks and waive any related claims against the Red Bull Ring, the teams, or the event organizers. Alcohol, weapons or other items deemed dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be handed over to law enforcement authorities and may result in arrest and prosecution.
Seat numbering
Free seating is available in all open grandstands at the Red Bull Ring Classics.

Smoking
Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e.g. e-cigarettes, vaping) is only permitted in designated areas.
Ticket trading
The resale of tickets and/or parking permits is not permitted. Please report any suspicious activity related to unauthorized ticket trading to the nearest Red Bull Ring security staff.
Tickets
Day and multi-day tickets are available in the ticket shop. Your tickets are offered as print@home tickets, which will be sent to you by email no later than 10 days before the event.
Day and multi-day tickets include access to all open grandstands. Free choice of seats on all open grandstands. Furthermore, you have access to the paddock, pit lane walk (first come, first served) and the Fan Zone.
Toilets
Toilets are located throughout the Red Bull Ring site. Please note that not all of them are accessible to visitors with disabilities. Disabled toilets are specially marked on the interactive map in the Red Bull Ring App.
Transcripts for the hearing-impaired
In the Red Bull Ring App the spoken commentary from the P.A. announcer can be followed live as text – an accessible solution for hearing-impaired or deaf visitors to ensure they don’t miss a thing.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas and parasols are not permitted in the grandstands.
Water stations
Free drinking water is available at water stations throughout the event venue. You can find the locations on the interactive map in the Red Bull Ring App.
Weather
Changes to the race schedule due to severe weather are very unlikely but cannot be ruled out. All the latest information on the race schedule can be found in the event programme (website) or in the Red Bull Ring App. Mark your favourites in the app and receive Push Notifications in case of programme changes.
Wheelchair / Special Needs
Wheelchair users with tickets to the “Start-Finish” Grandstand will receive parking permits allowing them to drive all the way to the Red Bull Ring. Stewards at the wheelchair parking area will be available to assist with any questions or concerns. The “Start-Finish” Grandstand is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and accessible toilets on the same level as the grandstand seating.
