Please note the rules governing admission to the Red Bull Ring during the MOTORRAD GRAND PRIX VON ÖSTERREICH 2025 as listed in our Admission Criteria.
Entry with alcoholic beverages is not permitted. A list of all permissible and non-permissible items can be found in our Admission Criteria.
Animals are not permitted at the event. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are exempt from this rule. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

A special audio description is available for blind and visually impaired visitors. Experienced presenters deliver a commentary on the action on the race track, ensuring that blind and visually impaired visitors are kept fully informed and are able to enjoy an entertaining race weekend. The audio description is broadcast on 94.2 FM.
Bulky sports bags, large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the grandstands. Bulky items are defined as any items larger than 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 inches) that cannot be stored under the seat. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our Admission Criteria.
Bringing larger luggage and want to store it during the race? Lockers are available at the biker cloakroom near the motorcycle parking area.
Cameras, film and video cameras with batteries are allowed for PRIVATE USE, NOT for commercial purposes (e.g. NO video cameras suitable for television). A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our Admission Criteria.

There are numerous kiosks selling food and drinks across the entire Red Bull Ring site. You can find a detailed overview on our interactive site map in the Red Bull Ring app.
Motorsport events are loud. We urge you to wear ear protection during the event and recommend that you do not bring along children under the age of six. Your child also needs a ticket.

During the MotoGP event week (15th ‑ 17th August 2025), access to the Welcome Center (including Fan Shop and Wing Café), the Driving Center and Bull’s Lane will be restricted. You can find more information here: Contact & Opening hours.
MotoGP and the Red Bull Ring reserve the right to cancel the tickets of individuals whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, in particular if they violate the Code of Conduct, other guidelines issued by the MOTORCYCLE GRAND PRIX OF AUSTRIA 2025 or Austrian law. Please note that the individual ticket holder is held responsible for his/her behaviour.
The distribution of banners, brochures, business cards, circulars, advertising material, flyers, folders, leaflets, prospectuses, notices, posters, stickers or other written, printed and/or hand-painted materials is prohibited on the Red Bull Ring premises (including car parks) without the express written permission of the organiser. This also applies to any exchange of money on the premises, including fundraising for charities, teams or clubs, as well as the unauthorized sale of products, food and beverages. Any member of the public collecting donations on the premises of the Red Bull Ring will be asked to leave the premises.

Will you be bringing a wheelchair? You can find information about tickets for wheelchair users under ‘Wheelchairs / Special needs’. We endeavour to make as many areas as possible barrier-free, so for example, there are disabled access places in the main grandstand (home straight). Off-track events such as Meet the Riders also offer places for wheelchair users (subject to availability).
We offer barrier-free solutions for blind or visually impaired visitors and for hearing-impaired or deaf visitors to ensure that they don’t miss anything. Details can be found under ‘Audio description for visually impaired people’ and ‘Transcripts for hearing-impaired people’.
Plastic bottles and beverage cans in quantities no greater than for your own personal use may be brought through the turnstiles. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our Admission Criteria.
On a MotoGP weekend, there are no electric charging stations for cars available at the Red Bull Ring. Please find out about the nearest charging option for a stress-free arrival and departure.
In an emergency, please call the emergency number 133 immediately or inform the nearest member of staff, security personnel or emergency services on site.
During the entire MotoGP weekend, police, ambulance, emergency doctors and firefighters will be on hand at the Red Bull Ring to ensure your safety.

If you require urgent assistance, please notify the nearest member of staff, the security team, emergency services on site or the police. Visitors are requested to report any problems or concerns to the nearest member of staff or call the emergency number 133. Should an emergency situation arise, important information (in particular evacuation procedures) will be provided via the public address system and on the video and display boards at the Red Bull Ring.

The central motorcycle parking area near P4 has biker cloakrooms. For a fee of €15.00 per day or €35.00 for the whole weekend, you can leave all your equipment there. It will be stored in its own separate box (50x40x40cm) until you come to collect it. Opening hours of the biker cloakrooms.

Many sales outlets in and around the Red Bull Ring circuit accept cashless payment only. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as the Red Bull Ring Cashless Card. Some sales outlets, such as the Red Bull Ring Fan Shop, still accept cash.

Your event ticket does not give you access to the paddock.

The Public Pit Lane Walk is a major attraction for every MotoGP fan. Get carried away by the unique atmosphere and take a selfie with your favourite rider. Because the MotoGP stars are quite likely to put in an appearance during the Public Pit Lane Walk.
Pyrotechnic articles of any kind are prohibited. It is prohibited to bring fireworks, flares, incendiary devices, sticks, poles, parasols and other large umbrellas, glass bottles, stones, stabbing, cutting and chopping instruments, as well as weapons of any kind. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found here in our Admission Criteria.
For environmental reasons, we have a reusable cup system throughout the Red Bull Ring. We are a closed catering facility and therefore do not charge a deposit for cans or PET bottles, nor do customers receive a deposit back upon return of these items. Cans and PET bottles must remain on the premises and be deposed in the bins provided for this purpose.
In order to ensure maximum safety, all guests will be subject to a courteous check by Red Bull Ring security personnel upon entry, which may occasionally include a body search by a team member of the same gender. All bags and vehicles will be checked upon entry. Persons who refuse a body search and/or inspection of their bags or vehicles will be refused entry. By presenting your ticket or ID at the Red Bull Ring, you agree to such checks and waive any claims you may have against the Red Bull Ring, the teams and the organisers. Alcohol, weapons or other items deemed dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be handed over to law enforcement authorities and may result in arrest and prosecution.
Your ticket to the motorsport events of the year at the Red Bull Ring. As a Season Pass 2025 holder, you have access to the Motorcycle Grand Prix of Austria 2025. To see which areas are open to you, check the selected Season Pass category.
Seats in the grandstand are numbered. You will find information about your seat on your official MotoGP ticket.
A comprehensive shuttle service to the Red Bull Ring will be available throughout the MotoGP race weekend. Regional shuttle buses and a supra-regional shuttle service will ensure smooth arrival and departure.
There is a well-designed visitor guidance system operating throughout the event site. Visitors to the Red Bull Ring will find signage throughout the site for optimal orientation, and members of staff are also on hand to render assistance.

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e.g. e-cigarettes, vaping) is only permitted in designated areas.

The illegal trade in tickets and/or parking permits is not permitted. Please report any suspected illegal activities to the nearest Red Bull Ring security personnel.
Grandstand and general admission tickets are issued in digital (i.e. PDF) format. All types of tickets will be sent out no later than 10 days before the race.
Your general admission ticket gives you access to the Red Bull Ring site, the standing area and the MotoGP Bike City. Your event ticket does not give you access to the paddock. More information about tickets and ticket purchases.
Your standing area ticket gives you access to the Red Bull Ring site, the non-seated area and the MotoGP Bike City.
Toilets are located throughout the Red Bull Ring site. Please note that not all of them offer disabled access.
Disabled toilets are specially marked on the interactive map of the Red Bull Ring App.
Announcements over the public address system will keep you informed about all free practice, qualifying and race decisions and results. You can also get the track announcements directly on your smartphone.
A transcript of the track announcements can also be read in real time via the LiveVoice Stream – a special service for hearing-impaired or deaf visitors so they don’t miss a thing.

Umbrellas (compact please) are permitted only in the standing areas. Umbrellas and parasols are not permitted in the grandstands.
Changes to the race schedule due to severe weather are very unlikely but cannot be ruled out. All the latest information on the race schedule can be found in the MotoGP Programme or in the Red Bull Ring App.
Wheelchair users with tickets for the main grandstand (start-finish) will receive parking permits that allow direct access to the Red Bull Ring. There is an additional info point right next to the wheelchair car park, where specially trained staff will be on hand to help with any queries. The main grandstand is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and toilets on the same level.
