Colmore Youngtimer Touring Car Challenge (YTCC) at the Red Bull Ring Classics 2026
This Dutch racing series for touring cars, sports cars, and prototypes built before 1990 now attracts competitors from all over the world. One reason is certainly the appealing 2026 race calendar, featuring events at many famous European circuits such as Spa-Francorchamps, Charade, Assen, Zolder, Hockenheim, the Nürburgring, and of course the Red Bull Ring.
Divided into three categories, drivers compete in the Colmore YTCC with cars from an era that reflects a rich racing history. Among the entries are:
- Large 1960s cars such as the Pontiac Trans Am and Corvette
- 1970s race cars like the BDA Escort, 911 RSR, Sunbeam Lotus, BMW, and even the Trabant
- The 1980s are represented by cars such as the BMW E30 M3, BMW M1, Mercedes-Benz 190 Evo, and various Porsche 911 models
“Fair competition for every inch of asphalt” is the motto of the youngtimer racers. The drivers of the Colmore YTCC know how to put on a great show for the spectators.
During the Spielberg weekend, the Colmore YTCC will take to the track with two grids – joined by the new racing series “Nineties”, featuring touring cars from 1990 to 2000.
