Rub shoulders with the big names of F1
The fastest, most skilful and most sensational stars of the motorsport world are coming to Austria – more specifically to Spielberg in Steiermark – to meet the fans. They’ll all be guests in the F1 Fan Zone during this year’s F1 weekend in the context of Meet the Drivers.
The stars of the premier class of motorsport are travelling from all over the globe and will be arriving here in the Mur Valley from Thursday onwards. Fans will get to see them up close on the event stage in the F1 Fan Zone behind the Niki Lauda Turn (T1) at the Red Bull Ring. From Thursday to Saturday.
Formula 2, Formula 3, Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup
The first of the Meet the Drivers sessions on Thursday will feature drivers from Formula 2, Formula 3 and the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, as well as race engineers, mechanics and personal trainers. The Red Bull Ring will also host a panel discussion on the topic of ‘Women in Motorsport’.
Formula 1 stars: Drivers and team principals
On Friday, they’ll be right there amongst you, live and in colour – the stars of F1, drivers and team principals. They’ll share funny, interesting and exciting anecdotes, hand out goodies and take on the odd challenge or two. There’s also usually time for autographs or selfies on these occasions.
Formula 1 stars: Part 2
As the Red Bull Ring is, of course, inviting all 22 drivers to the event, the second Formula 1 session will take place on Saturday. Guests will include Red Bull Racing’s strategy engineer, Hannah Schmitz.
