The distribution of banners, brochures, business cards, circulars, advertising material, flyers, folders, leaflets, prospectuses, notices, posters, stickers or other written, printed and/or hand-painted materials is prohibited on the Red Bull Ring premises (including car parks) without the express written permission of the organiser. This also applies to any exchange of money on the premises, including fundraising for charities, teams or clubs, as well as the sale of products, food and beverages. Any member of the public collecting donations on the premises of the Red Bull Ring will be asked to leave.
Animals are not permitted at the event. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are exempt from this rule. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

A special audio description is available for blind and visually impaired visitors. Experienced presenters commentate on the action on the race track, ensuring that blind and visually impaired visitors are kept fully informed and are able to enjoy an entertaining race weekend. The audio description is broadcast on 94.2 FM.
Bulky sports bags, large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the grandstands. Bulky items are defined as any items larger than 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 inches) that cannot be stored under the seat. A list of all permitted and non-permitted items can be found in our admission criteria.
Plastic bottles and beverage cans in quantities no greater than for your own personal use may be brought through the turnstiles. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our admission criteria.
Cameras, film and video cameras with batteries for private use may only be taken into the grandstands if they are no larger than a standard SLR camera with a standard lens up to a maximum focal length of 180 mm or a maximum lens length of 20 cm. Professional television or video cameras and professional sound recording equipment are prohibited. The following items may not be taken into the grandstands: camera cases, camera bags, camera backpacks, single and multi-leg tripods, telephoto lenses with a focal length of more than 180 mm and a length of more than 20 cm (from the camera including lens hood). This rule applies only to the grandstands, i.e. not to the standing area and fan zone. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our admission criteria.
The campsites are only a few minutes’ walk from the Red Bull Ring. Experience the non-stop atmosphere surrounding a motorsport event. All information about camping at the Red Bull Ring.
Motorsport events are loud. We urge you to wear ear protection during the event and recommend that you do not bring along children under the age of six.

Our traffic guidance and control concept has been designed to make departure as smooth as possible for all visitors. However, delays in departure must be expected at events of this magnitude. Departure from the car parks: When leaving, always follow the departure signs and the instructions of the stewards and the police. This is the fastest way to leave!
In an emergency, please dial the emergency number 133 immediately or notify the nearest member of staff, security personnel or emergency services on site.

The official F1 Fan Zone is located behind the Niki Lauda Curve. You will find the Steiermark Village opposite the Red Bull Wing. All information about the programme of additional entertainment here.
If you require urgent assistance, please notify the nearest member of staff, the security team, emergency services on site or the police. Visitors are requested to report any problems or concerns to the nearest member of staff or call the emergency number 133. Should an emergency situation arise, important information (in particular evacuation procedures) will be provided via the public address system and on the video and display boards at the Red Bull Ring.
Throughout the Formula 1 event weekend, police, rescue and fire brigade personnel will be on hand at the Red Bull Ring to ensure your safety.

All grandstands at the Red Bull Ring will be open during the race weekend. A map of all grandstands can be found in the Formula 1 ticket categories.
Via the LiveVoice stream, the spoken commentary from the track announcer can also be followed live as text – an accessible solution for hearing-impaired or deaf visitors to ensure they don’t miss a thing.
The central motorcycle parking area near P4 has biker cloakrooms. For a fee of €15.00 per day or €35.00 for the whole weekend, you can leave your equipment there. It will be stored in its own separate box (50x40x40cm) until you come to collect it. Opening hours of the biker cloakrooms.

Motor racing is loud. Because of the raised noise level, we urge you to wear ear protection during the event and recommend that you do not bring along children under the age of six.

Your event ticket does not grant you access to the paddock.
Many sales outlets in and around the Red Bull Ring circuit accept only cashless payment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as the Red Bull Ring Cashless Card. Some sales outlets, such as the Red Bull Ring Fan Shop, still accept cash.

The Pit Lane Walk at the Red Bull Ring offers fans the opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes on a Formula 1 weekend.

Pyrotechnic articles of any kind are prohibited. It is prohibited to bring fireworks, flares, incendiary devices, sticks, poles, parasols and other large umbrellas, glass bottles, stones, stabbing, cutting and chopping instruments, as well as weapons of any kind. A list of all permitted and prohibited items can be found in our admission criteria.
There are numerous kiosks selling food and drinks across the entire Red Bull Ring site. You can find a detailed overview on our interactive site map in the Red Bull Ring App.
For environmental reasons, we have a reusable cup system throughout the Red Bull Ring.
In order to ensure maximum security, all guests at the Red Bull Ring will be subject to a courteous check by event staff upon entry, which may occasionally include a body search by a team member of the same gender. All bags and vehicles will also be inspected at the entrance. Persons who refuse a body search and/or inspection of their bags or vehicles will be denied entry. By presenting a ticket or accreditation at the Red Bull Ring, visitors agree to these security checks and waive any related claims against the Red Bull Ring, the teams, or the event organizers. Alcohol, weapons or other items deemed dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be handed over to law enforcement authorities and may result in arrest and prosecution. Grandstand seats are numbered. Information about your seat can be found on your F1 ticket.
A comprehensive shuttle service to the Red Bull Ring will be available throughout the Formula 1 race weekend. Regional shuttle buses, the Red Bull Ring Supermarket shuttle and a supra-regional shuttle service will ensure smooth arrival and departure.
There is a well-designed visitor guidance system operating throughout the event site. Visitors to the Red Bull Ring will find signage throughout the site for optimal orientation, and members of staff are also on hand to render assistance.

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e.g. e-cigarettes, vaping) is only permitted in designated areas.
Your standing area ticket gives you access to the Red Bull Ring site, the non-seated area, the F1 Fan Zone and the Steiermark Village.
There are several opportunities to meet the F1 drivers, for example at the Styrian Green Carpet or Meet the Drivers sessions. No extra ticket or registration is required for the Styrian Green Carpet. All information can be found in the F1 programme or in the Red Bull Ring app.
A taxi rank is in front of the entrance to the Red Bull Ring. You can find the exact location in the interactive site map in the Red Bull Ring app.
The resale of tickets and/or parking permits is not permitted. Please report any suspicious activity related to unauthorized ticket trading to the nearest Red Bull Ring security staff.
Your standing room ticket gives you access to the Red Bull Ring site, the standing area, the F1 Fan Zone and the Steiermark Village. Your event ticket does not give you access to the paddock. All information about your ticket and ticket purchases can be found here.
Grandstand and standing area tickets are issued in digital (i.e. PDF) format. All types of tickets will be sent out no later than 10 days before the race. You will receive further information by e-mail.
Toilets are located throughout the Red Bull Ring site. Please note that not all of them are accessible to visitors with disabilities. Disabled toilets are specially marked on the interactive map of the Red Bull Ring App.
Umbrellas (compact please) are permitted only in the standing areas. Umbrellas and parasols are not permitted in the grandstands.
Changes to the race schedule due to severe weather are very unlikely but cannot be ruled out. All the latest information on the race schedule can be found in the Formula 1 programme or in the Red Bull Ring app.
