Dani Pedrosa is a three-time world champion in the 125cc and 250cc classes and a three-time runner-up in MotoGP. With these titles, 54 Grand Prix victories, and 153 podium finishes, the Spaniard is one of the most successful riders in the history of the Motorcycle World Championship. In 2010, Pedrosa celebrated four victories and five second places and finished second behind Jorge Lorenzo in the final standings. In 2012, he also finished second behind Jorge Lorenzo with 332 points. Pedrosa even achieved one more victory (7) than the eventual world champion.
