Wings for Life World Run: Thank you to all participants!

Participants of the Wings for Life World Run App Run Event at the Red Bull Ring

The second Wings for Life World Run App Run at the Red Bull Ring was once again a beautiful gesture for “all those who cannot run themselves.” As part of the largest global running event in support of spinal cord research, amateur runners, professional athletes, pedestrians, and wheelchair users participated at Spielberg on Sunday, May 4th. They completed the first lap on the Grand Prix circuit, where F1 drivers and MotoGP riders compete for victories in the summer. Afterwards, they ran around the area on a 4.6-kilometer course until all participants were caught by the virtual Catcher Car. The stunning backdrop of the Murtal contributed to the successful event at the Red Bull Ring. The entry fees from all participants go 100 percent towards spinal cord research.

We thank all participants for their contribution to the goal of healing paralysis!
