FAQ

Experience real driving pleasure

Buggy driving originally comes from California, where in the 1960s, hippies and surfers equipped the bottom of their VW Beetles with self-made plastic vehicle bodies. The off-road buggies at the Red Bull Ring are a world removed from that. The vehicles have four-wheel drive and impress with their perfect off-road traction. The sturdy rollover cage with its grille and bucket seat ensure for safety, while the 50-horsepower engine provides a superb element of fun.

Driving off-road with the buggy

Whether on a steep drive up or drifting on a gravel road, the off-road buggy always really convinces.  Few other vehicles drive as directly as a buggy and at the same time are so much fun. This brings us back to the beach boys from California. Back then, it wasn't about lap times, but purely about the fun of driving. Our 450-kilogram ‘light’ vehicles can do things on off-road tracks that even amaze professionals.

The low wheelbase, minimal overhangs, direct steering, the feeling of sitting outdoors and yet being protected - if you want to have sheer fun off-road with four wheels, you should definitely book a driving experience with the off-road buggy. With every kilometre you drive, you will improve your feeling for cars, no matter their type and size. In short, driving a buggy is quite simply the best.

Instructors swear - after just a few minutes in an off-road buggy, you can always see the drivers grinning with joy.
