General event information

From 27th to 29th September, the Red Bull Ring will host the DTM.
The DTM includes the ADAC GT Masters, ADAC GT4 Germany and the Porsche Carrera Cup.

Motorsport events are noisy. It is recommended to wear hearing protection during the event and that children under the age of six are not brought to the event.

Arrival & Parking

You can find the arrival plans here or in the Red Bull Ring App under the tab “arrival”.
The parking lots will open half an hour before the site opens and are in the immediate walking distance. Please use the traffic control system and the staff members on site to orientate yourself when entering.
The parking spaces are free for visitors.

Yes, there is parking for people with special needs. Please follow the signs on site. If you have any questions on the day, you can contact the stewards on site.

There are parking spaces for your bicycles available. Please note that no liability is assumed for this.
Yes, paved parking spaces are available for motorcycles and buses at the parking lot along the “former Westschleife”. Please follow the signs on site. If you have any questions on the day, you can contact the stewards on site.

Camping

Yes, the campsites are located within walking distance to the Red Bull Ring. Book your campsite here.

Cashless

You can make cashless payments everywhere at the Red Bull Ring. In many places only cashless payment is possible. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as cashless cards.

It is advisable to use cashless payment, as only cashless payment is possible in many places on the Red Bull Ring site. At some sales stands, such as the Fan Shop Red Bull Ring, it is possible to pay with cash.

Items

You can take plastic bottles and drink cans (in reasonable quantities for personal consumption) with you to the event site. All kind of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. You can find a list of all permitted and prohibited items here.

Cameras and digital cameras may only be taken to the grandstands if they are no larger than a standard SLR camera with a standard lens up to a maximum focal length of 180mm or a maximum lens length of 20cm. Professional television or video cameras as well as devices for professional sound recording are prohibited.

Prohibited photo equipment at the grandstand: photo cases, photo bags, photo backpacks, monopods and multi-legged tripods, telephoto lenses over 180mm focal length and 20cm longer (from camera, incl. lens hood). Pyrotechnic articles of all kinds are prohibited. In general, the bringing in of fireworks, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, sticks, poles, garden and other large umbrellas, glass bottles, stones, stabbing, cutting and slashing objects as well as weapons of all kinds are prohibited. Bulky, large (sport) bags or suitcases are prohibited for access to the stands. All items of luggage larger than A3 that cannot be stowed under the seat are considered bulky within the meaning of this provision. You can find a list of all permitted and prohibited items here.

Yes. The merchandise stalls will be stocking the latest team/driver memorabilia and fan accessories, and on the giant screen, you can follow developments on the race track while consuming refreshments purchased from one of the numerous food trucks. The little ones can let off steam in the ball pool or zoom around a mini circuit on one of our Kids Racers. And of course, the stars of the DTM and the partner series will also be putting in an appearance. For more information click here.

The Pitwalk takes place on Saturday and Sunday. Ticket holders have free access. The “first come, first served” principle applies.

There will also be two races from the ADAC GT Masters and the two partner series on the race track. In addition, ticket holders have free access to the paddock. In the DTM Fan Zone there is entertainment on the event stage, autograph sessions with the drivers and much more.

Tickets

Access to the paddock is included with all tickets.

Yes. In Category 1 and 2 children under 16 years receive a 50% discount from the full price, when accompanied by a full-paying adult. In Category 3 children under 16 years of age are free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Grandstands

You can find out which stands are open here. In category 3 there is free choice of seats.

The grandstand seats in category 1 and 2 are numbered, in category 3 there is free choice of seats. You will find the information about your seat on your valid DTM ticket. Please note that on Friday there is “free choice of seats” on all open grandstands.
